We run two separate things: a live tournament where prints are made at the venue, and a booked Media Day delivered a week or two later. Your job is telling us which one, and when.

Neither service is invoiced to the club. Tournament families buy a print at the venue only if they want one. Media Day families order their own packages. Either way, nobody asks you to collect money or guarantee a minimum.
We Work Around Your Ice Time
Rink, field and court schedules do not move for photographers. We build the shoot around the time you already booked.
Nobody Chases Us
Tournament prints are made on site within a minute of being chosen, so those photos go home the same day. Media Day is a booked shoot with a firm 1-2 week delivery. Neither one leaves you forwarding emails asking where the photos are.
You Deal With One Person
One photographer, 30+ tournaments, one point of contact. Larger tournaments get a second shooter, but you still deal with the same person. Fully insured, certificate available on request.

Tournament Coverage
Happens during your tournament. Families sign up free by jersey number, every registered athlete is shot in play, and parents review frames at the venue. Prints are made on the spot in about 45 seconds. Nothing is ordered in advance.
Media Day
A scheduled shoot, not a live game. Team photos and individual portraits built around your ice, field or court time. Nothing is printed at the venue: frames are edited after the shoot and delivered in 1-2 weeks. Reach out for a custom quote.
